It's been horrible weather but the ponies are coping thankfully and not eating too much hay.

Hope to catch up with everyone this year .....

2011

November - Ellie left this morning for her new home. We wish both owners and pony all the best. The field seems very bare......

October - Ellie (GB Fairy Tale) is heading to pastures new as of November. We wish her and her new owners many years of happiness.

September - due to a change in personal circumstances, I have decided to sell my young stallion, Pride. He is heading to Englandshire to start out a ridden career and I wish him well.

We have a page on Facebook so please 'like' us and see the updated content there too.

Both the last two shows we were entered for have been cancelled....Keith and Grantown.... weather has been so appalling - I would have been better going to Italy for some sun!!!!

July - Ellie went to her first show with Misty at the beginning of the month. She came home with a red rosette and a shield!

Misty is for sale to give us a bit more room in the autumn. After two lovely fillies, its a hard sale but she needs a loving home to give her individual attention that she deserves.

April - Pride is doing his thing with mares this year so we will wait and see how they settle. Here's hoping all goes well.

On 29 April, the day of Prince William and Catherine Middleton's wedding, a little bay filly was born. Pride's first foal and Misty's second filly, she is one to be proud of.....

Sandra MacCorquodale is studying her genetics book to see where the bay came from!!!

I had thought of a name using 'Royal' or 'Princess' however I think that Glen Bruar Fairytale is a possible as it has two meanings..... Fairytale day for the Bride of the day and also having a bay filly foal with no white bits is a real fairytale come true for me!!!

Well winter has been interesting!!!! We are struggling for hay and have resorted to hard fee meantime just to supplement the hay for the rest of the winter. There are few ribs to be found but it's nice to know that tummies are full and they are warm and cosy.

2010 - We missed the early shows for one reason or another and our first show was the Royal Highland!!!

Only Chime was entered and she did not let us down winning the 3yo filly class......

She came first in her strong class. Rose MacPherson was a very close 2nd with her beautiful homebred Glencallan Gold Leaf and Lucy Riddell 3rd with her lovely Beechnut of Croila.

She really is a star. Chime then went on to Jo Jack for two weeks to be backed and ridden away and we have now had our first hack together and it is wonderful to sit on her after all this time......
